Silent Conversations
In quiet I walk, the silence my friend.
The air has a chill and a bite.
One would think me to be alone,
but would be wrong tonight.
Lithely my thoughts prance,
and questions flow like water.
Answers offered back,
because I'm walking with my Father.
Silence is the medium,
of which this night has plenty.
For quiet is the time when I can seek,
for sure I am ready.
He cares for me on busy days,
He coordinates my hours.
Distraction is a hindrance,
of which my time does sour.
So finding quiet is a must,
to hear his words so clear.
'Tis silence where so much is said,
where I am drawn so near.
This is awesome Traci !
